At Calita, we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most items will be shipped 1-2 business days after the order is placed. During peak periods such as sales, holidays, and product launches, please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any address updates, order changes, or cancellations. Additionally, orders placed on Friday after 1 PM will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Pickup location is in Old Ottawa East. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a Ready For Pickup email.
