Returns are offered within 30 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, and in new condition. If you're unsure about the size of the underwear you ordered, we recommend trying them on over your own underwear for a better fit assessment.

Please note that return charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a product is defective or received incorrectly, we will provide a return shipping label or replace the item. If you wish to exchange items to a different size, we are happy to process the exchange. Customers will need to ship the garment back to us to process any exchanges. Once we receive the item, the exchange will be sent free of charge back out to the customer.
